Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for services booked with True Path Journey — visit and student visa assistance, document assistance, VFS appointment assistance, attestation, and travel insurance assistance.

Our consultancy fee

Our fee covers the guidance, document review, and support we provide. Once we have started work on your case — reviewing documents, preparing your file, or booking an appointment on your behalf — our consultancy fee is generally non-refundable, since our time and effort have already been spent.

Third-party and government fees

Visa fees, VFS Global service charges, attestation fees paid to government departments or embassies, and insurance premiums are collected and paid on your behalf, or paid by you directly to the relevant authority or provider. These are governed by that authority's or provider's own refund rules, not ours, and are non-refundable through us once submitted or paid.

Cancelling before we begin work

If you cancel before we have started any work on your case, contact us as soon as possible — we review these requests case by case and will refund what we reasonably can.

Visa outcomes

Visa, attestation, and insurance decisions are made solely by the relevant government, embassy, or insurer — not by us. A visa refusal, application delay, or rejected document does not by itself entitle you to a refund of our consultancy fee, since our service is the guidance and preparation we provide, not a guaranteed outcome.
