We provide visa consultancy and assistance, including visit and student visa guidance, document preparation, VFS Global appointment assistance, attestation guidance, and travel insurance assistance. We are a consultancy — we help you prepare and submit a strong, accurate application; we do not issue visas, insurance policies, or attested certificates ourselves, and decisions on these rest entirely with the relevant government department, embassy, consulate, or insurer.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee that any visa, attestation, or insurance application will be approved, or approved within a particular timeframe. Outcomes depend on the applicant's own circumstances and documents, and on decisions made by third parties outside our control.

Accuracy of information

You're responsible for providing true, complete, and accurate information and documents. We are not liable for delays, refusals, or other consequences arising from information you provide that turns out to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

Fees

Our consultancy fees are communicated to you before you engage our services. Government fees, VFS Global charges, attestation fees, and insurance premiums are separate from our consultancy fee. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and fees are handled.
